Iona College Open Day is on 30 May from 1:30pm to 4pm.
The Seagulls and Iona have a long history, with many Iona students going on to play for the club in high school and through adulthood.
We held our Round 2 match Hostplus Cup match at Iona, as well as BMD Premiership, U18’s and U16’s matches, in front of a very enthusiastic and supportive crowd.
Iona Old Boys, Max Plath and Harrison Graham, starred for the Seagulls in that game at Iona College, with Max making his debut at his old school, and have continued to be standouts for the team at the highest level.
As a rugby league club, we are proud to be partnered with Iona College long-term, and to solidify our bond with the students, staff and whole Iona community.
We’re excited to hear of Iona College’s Open Day on 30 May as the school is expecting a large turnout.
Iona College continue to produce high-quality young men and focus on educating and empowering them to dare to make a positive difference throughout their lives and to the lives of others.
