Each Wednesday, Luke Archer, from QRL’s wellbeing and education team, covers a hot topic people may need some further guidance on. This week, it’s all about staying active.

Archer, who also owns MP Life Transformation Studio with wife Rach, said it was so important for people to remain active, whether at home or in the park, to help maintain a healthy physique, but also a healthy mindset.

“Our body is designed to move… to walk, to run,” Archer said, adding it would help you “feel alive, feel electric” and reduce stress.

Archer suggested you exercise with your family and outside, when possible, to benefit from Vitamin D (sun safety adhered to, of course).

The father-of-two has provided a workout for you to try at home, which only takes around 20 minutes and can be done anywhere.

The alphabet workout

“Start with your name and work your way up to ‘Petero Civoniceva’,” Archer suggested.

“Enjoy!”
