Next month’s Seagulls Sportsman’s Dinner is once again set to be a night to remember on the club’s annual calendar.
In celebrating the 70th anniversary of the club, the event on August 10th will highlight and commemorate many of the legends that have represented Wynnum Manly across the decades.
The club is excited to announce that the headline panel of the evening will highlight our connection with State of Origin, featuring some of the biggest names in club and state history; Wally Lewis, Gene Miles, Paul Green, Chris McKenna, Colin Scott and Craig Greenhill.
The panel on the evening will also be hosted by Pat Welsh, one of Australia’s most accomplished sports journalists. Pat’s in depth relationship with Rugby League and the local sporting community is sure to bring out the character of these Seagulls Origin stars.
