The BMD Wynnum Manly Seagulls are excited to announce our Women In Sport lunch on Friday 23 September at the Wynnum Manly Leagues Club.
MC’d by Channel 7 presenter Katie Brown, this lunch will showcase women working, playing and coaching in sport.
Presented by Seagulls sponsor and supporter, Joan Pease MP Member for Lytton, we’re looking forward to shining the spotlight on women in sport after such a successful introductory season of our team in the BMD Premiership.
We’ll be joined by some elite athletes in NRLW and QLD Origin stars Julia Robinson and Emily Bass, and Olympic Gold medallist swimmer Kaylee McKeown. With Seagulls women’s academy manager Steve Casey also speaking at the event.
