Delouise Hoeter to wear the Red and Green

By Seagulls Media

The BMD Wynnum Manly Seagulls has today announced that former Norths Devils and Wests Tigers centre Delouise Hoeter will call BMD Kougari Oval home next season.

Hoeter, 23, is a Keebra Park State High School product who made his NRL debut for the Wests Tigers in 2015, playing seven games that season.

Recently he has starred in the Intrust Super Cup, earning selection in the Queensland Residents team this past season and scored two tries in the 36-6 victory.

The former Tongan international will complement new signing Matthew Allwood to form a potent set of outside backs for coach Adam Brideson.

“Delouise is a high-quality player at this level who will give us a lot of strike out wide. He is a competitor and an outstanding athlete.

He knows a few of our players from the Queensland Residents team last year and he is a positive character to join the group. I am looking forward to working with him next season.”
